Registration fee includes access to all Horizons general and breakout sessions and meal functions and snacks throughout the event, keeping you energized and ready to connect:
Tuesday – Opening Happy Hour Event
Wednesday – Breakfast, Lunch, & Reception
Thursday – Breakfast, Lunch, & Evening Dinner and Entertainment
Attendees are responsible for all travel, hotel and transportation costs.

Registration for Hexure Horizons 2025 will close on Wednesday, September 3, 2024. We encourage early registration to secure your spot, lock in the savings and ensure your hotel accommodations at The Don CeSar.
To make modifications, cancel or transfer your registration, send an email to [email protected], and a team member will assist you.
Cancellation requests must be received on or before the following dates to receive a refund:
June 13 – 100% of Registration Fee Refunded
July 15 – 65% of Registration Fee Refunded
August 12 – 20% of Registration Fee Refunded
After August 12 – No Refund
If you wish to transfer your registration to a colleague, please submit your transfer request to [email protected] by September 3, 2024.
Attendees are responsible for canceling or transferring their hotel reservations directly with The Don CeSar. Hotel reservations must be canceled through the reservation website or by calling 800–282-1116.
If you see the message “This email is not approved to register for this ticket,” please verify that you’re using your company email address. If the issue persists, email [email protected] with the email address you’re attempting to use, and a Hexure team member will assist you.
Horizons 2025 is taking place at The Don CeSar, in St. Pete Beach, Florida.
Hexure has secured a special group rate of $269 per night plus applicable taxes and hotel fees. The special group room rate is available until August 11, 2025, or until the room block is full.

Deposit Information: All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card. Conference attendees who need to cancel their conference registration are responsible for canceling their hotel reservation directly with The Don CeSar.
Cancellation Policy: Five days advance cancellation, within five days 100% cancel fee of entire stay
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
The Don CeSar is located between Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico and is accessible from two major airports:
Tampa International Airport (TPA): 30 minutes away
St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airport (PIE): 25 minutes away
If you are planning to drive to Horizons, hotel guests at The Don CeSar can expect a self-parking fee of $24 plus tax per day or valet parking for $31 plus tax per day. Parking fees are subject to change.
The Horizons group rate is available two days prior and two days following the conference, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation. Please contact The Don CeSar to check availability or to make reservations.

Weather in St. Pete Beach is usually warm during the month of September with average daytime highs in the mid-80s and lows in the mid-70s.
Yes, attendee guests (spouses, partners, friends, etc.) are welcome to join the evening networking events for a guest fee of $275.
The fee covers access to the following events:

Thursday – Dinner and Entertainment
Please note that conference sessions and meals are exclusive to registered attendees. You can add your guest during the registration process or before registration closes. Guest passes will not be available for purchase on-site.
Yes! The Horizons 2025 mobile app will launch approximately 3–4 weeks before the event. The app will serve as a valuable resource for attendees to stay up-to-date with news and announcements, build personalized schedules, participate in session polls, connect with fellow attendees, and more.
We will not be distributing an attendee list. However, we understand the importance of networking at Horizons. Our mobile app will feature a list of registered attendees, allowing you to connect through the app or schedule meetups onsite.
