What’s Included in a Horizons 2026 Ticket
Your Horizons 2026 registration includes full access to general sessions and breakout sessions, plus hosted meals and networking events including:
- Tuesday – Opening Reception
- Wednesday – Breakfast, Lunch, and Reception
- Thursday – Breakfast, Lunch, and Evening Dinner and Entertainment
Conference attendees are responsible for their own travel, hotel, and transportation expenses.
Attendee guests (spouses, partners, etc.) are welcome to join the evening networking events for a guest fee of $300. Please note that conference sessions and meals are exclusive to registered attendees.
Training Workshops
FireLight training workshops are available as an add-on to your conference registration. You can select a workshop during registration, or add one later by editing your registration prior to Horizons.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or transfer your registration, please submit a written request to [email protected].
Cancellation Refunds:
Requests must be received by:
- July 1 - 100% of Registration Fee Refunded
- July 15 - 65% of Registration Fee Refunded
- After August 14 - No Refund
Transfer Requests: If you’re unable to attend Horizons and wish to transfer your registration to a colleague, please submit your transfer request to [email protected] by September 1, 2026.
Note: If you cancel or transfer your conference registration, you are responsible for canceling or transferring your hotel reservations directly with the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate.
