Horizons 2023 was a great success, and we can’t wait to bring everyone together again in Nashville! Horizons is for Hexure carrier and distributor clients, team members, partners and conference sponsors.

Horizons 2024 will kick off at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11 and adjourn the morning of Friday, September 13, 2024.

REGISTRATION FEES

$545 | EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION | OCTOBER 31 – MARCH 31

$595 | Advance Registration | April 1 – July 31

$695 | Standard Registration | August 1 – September 3

WHAT'S

INCLUDED

Horizons 2024 attendee registration fee for carriers and distributors includes:

Attendance to All Horizons General and Breakout Sessions
Wednesday – Reception
Thursday – Breakfast, Lunch, Reception and Dinner

Conference attendees are responsible for all travel, hotel and transportation costs.

Attendee guests (spouses, partners, friends, etc.) are welcome to participate in the conference evening networking events. The attendee guest fee is $275. Conference sessions are closed to guests.

Registration will close on September 4, 2024.

CANCELLATION

AND REFUND POLICY

We understand that plan changes may prevent you from attending Horizons 2024. You may cancel or transfer your registration by submitting a written cancellation and refund request to [email protected].

Cancellation requests must be received on or before the following dates to receive a refund:

June 14 – 100% of Registration Fee Refunded
July 15 – 65% of Registration Fee Refunded
August 12 – 20% of Registration Fee Refunded
After August 12 – No Refund

Transfer requests must be received on or before September 4, 2024.

Cancellation Note: If you cancel your conference registration, you are responsible for canceling your hotel reservations. Hotel reservations must be canceled through the Grand Hyatt Nashville Horizons 2024 hotel site or by calling 1(615)-622-1234. Please refer to the Grand Hyatt Nashville deposit and cancellation policy for more information.
