Horizons 2024 is an exclusive conference for Hexure carrier and distributor clients, employees, and sponsor partners.

Hexure carrier and distributor clients can save on the Horizons registration fee by registering sooner rather than later. Here are the registration fees for Horizons 2024.  

$545 Early Bird Registration | October 31 – March 31 

$595 Advance Registration | April 1 – July 31 

$695 Standard Registration | August 1 – September 3

Attendance to all Horizons general and breakout sessions 

Wednesday – reception 

Thursday – breakfast, lunch, reception and dinner 

Attendees are responsible for all travel, hotel and transportation costs.

Registration for Hexure Horizons 2024 will close on Wednesday, September 4, 2024. We recommend registering for Horizons and booking your hotel accommodations as soon as possible to save on your registration fee and to guarantee a room at the Grand Hyatt Nashville. 

To make modifications, cancel or transfer your registration, send an email to [email protected], and a team member will assist you.  

Cancellation requests must be received on or before the following dates to receive a refund:  

June 14 – 100% of registration fee refunded  

July 15 – 65% of registration fee refunded  

August 12 – 20% of registration fee refunded  

After August 12 – no refund 

Transfer requests must be received on or before September 4, 2024.   

Attendees are responsible for canceling or transferring their hotel reservations directly with the Grand Hyatt Nashville.

Hexure Horizons is taking place at the Grand Hyatt Nashville, in Nashville, TN.  

Hexure has secured a special group rate at $309 per night plus applicable taxes and hotel fees. The special group room rate is available until August 13, or until the room block is full.

Weather in Nashville is usually warm during the month of September with average daytime temperatures with the high in the mid-80s and the low being in the mid-60s.

Attendee guests (spouses, partners, friends, etc.) are welcome to participate in the conference evening networking events. The attendee guest fee is $275.

Conference sessions and conference meals are closed to guests.  

You may add the guest during the registration process. An attendee guest must be added at the time of registration or before registration closes. Guest passes will note be available to purchase on-site at the conference.

Yes! The Horizons 2024 mobile app will be launched approximately 3-4 weeks before Horizons. The app will be a great resource for Horizons attendees to stay up to date with the latest news and announcements, build your Horizons schedule, participate in sessions polls, connect with fellow attendees and more.
