Horizons 2024 is taking place at the Grand Hyatt Nashville, an upscale retreat nestled in the heart of downtown Nashville. The Grand Hyatt Nashville is within walking distance of many of the city’s unique and captivating attractions. 

 

Hexure has secured a special group rate at $309 per night plus applicable taxes and hotel fees. 

 

The special group room reservation block is open until August 13, 2024, or until the room block is full. We highly recommend making hotel reservations as soon as possible to guarantee a room at the Grand Hyatt. Reservations made after August 13, 2024, will be at the Hotel’s then–current available rate.  

 

All travel and accommodations will be at the expense of the conference attendee.

Deposit Information: All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be supplied at the time of reservation.  Any guaranteed reservation not canceled by 48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation fee. Conference attendees who need to cancel their conference registration are responsible for canceling their hotel reservation with the Grand Hyatt Nashville. 

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. (Bag drop is available. Late check-out may be available for an additional fee.)

  • Nashville International Airport (BNA) – 13 min drive from the hotel  
  • Smyrna, TN (MQY) – 30 min drive from the hotel 

Recommended Travel Days 

Arrive on Tuesday, September 10 or Wednesday, September 11

Horizons 2024 will kick off at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11. Depending on your location, you may want to plan to arrive the night before not to miss any Horizons experience.

Depart on Friday, September 13 

Attendees can leave Friday morning, September 13, so you don’t miss the closing evening event on Thursday, September 12.
