Now that Hexure has been acquired by iCapital, will Horizons still take place as planned?

Yes. Horizons will continue as planned. As Hexure begins its next chapter as part of iCapital, the conference remains a key moment for our clients and partners, and we look forward to bringing the community together.

Who attends Horizons?

Horizons brings together a diverse group of industry professionals. This includes strategic decision-makers, implementers, and innovators from Hexure by iCapital’s carrier and distributor clients, including IMOs, BGAs, broker-dealers, financial institutions, and more. They are joined by partners and other industry leaders who are committed to moving the industry forward through collaboration, connection and modernized selling.

You’ll meet executives and leaders across sales, distribution, operations, product, compliance, and technology, plus the hands-on teams responsible for implementing, integrating, and optimizing Hexure solutions.

This dynamic mix of decision-makers and implementers sparks insightful sessions and discussions focused on advancing sales processes, enhancing client experiences, and driving innovation for insurance, financial services, and wealth management.

What is the cost to attend Horizons 2026?

Attendees can save on the Horizons registration fee by taking advantage of early registration. Below are the registration fees for Horizons 2026.

  • $795 Advance Registration | May 1 – July 31
  • $995 Standard Registration | August 1 – September 8

Coming with colleagues? Register 4+ attendees at the same time and save $100 per registration.

Your registration fee includes access to all Horizons general and breakout sessions, plus meals throughout the event, keeping you energized and ready to connect:

  • Tuesday – Opening Reception
  • Wednesday – Breakfast, Lunch, & Reception
  • Thursday – Breakfast, Lunch, & Evening Dinner and Entertainment

Attendees are responsible for all travel, hotel and transportation costs.

Is there a group discount?

If you have four or more people attending Horizons from your organization, you can save $100 per registration when all registrations are completed at the same time (in a single purchase). Use our group registration link from the registration page when you are ready to complete your group reservation.

How do I register for Horizons?

Use the 'Register Now' button on this site to register. Once you complete the registration form and payment, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact [email protected].

For group registrations of 4 or more, use the group registration link provided on the registration page.

When does conference registration close?

Registration for Horizons 2026 will close on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. We encourage early registration to secure your spot, lock in the savings and ensure your hotel accommodations at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate.

How do I make modifications, cancel or transfer my registration?

To make modifications, cancel or transfer your registration, please send an email to [email protected], and a team member will assist you.

Cancellation requests must be received on or before the following dates to receive a refund:

  • July 1 – 100% of Registration Fee Refunded
  • July 15 – 65% of Registration Fee Refunded
  • After August 14 – No Refund

If you wish to transfer your registration to a colleague, please submit your transfer request to [email protected] by September 1, 2026.

Attendees are responsible for canceling or transferring their hotel reservations directly with the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. Hotel reservations must be canceled through the reservation website or by calling 1-800-THE-OMNI.

What if I see “This email is not approved to register for this ticket” when I register?

If you see this message, please verify that you’re using your company email address. If the issue persists, email [email protected] with the email address you’re attempting to use, and a team member will assist you.

How do I book hotel accommodations?

Horizons 2026 is taking place at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate in Orlando, FL.

We have secured a special group rate of $289 per night plus applicable taxes and resort fees. The special group room rate is available until August 24, 2026, or until the room block is full.

To make reservations use the Book Room link from the hotel section of this site or call 1-800-THE-OMNI. Mention the group name “Horizons 2026” when making reservations by phone.

Hotel deposit information: All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card. Conference attendees who need to cancel their conference registration are responsible for canceling their hotel reservation directly with Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate.

Cancellation policy: Five (5) days advance cancellation is required. Any guaranteed reservation that is cancelled less than five (5) days prior to arrival will be subject to one (1) night guestroom plus tax cancellation fee. Additionally, any reservations that arrive after the scheduled arrival date will be considered a “no show” and a charge of one (1) night guestroom plus tax cancellation fee.

Check-in and check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

The Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate is located about 25 minutes / 32 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Hotel guests at The Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate can expect overnight self-parking of $38 per day or valet parking for $50 per day. Parking fees are subject to change.

Is the discounted room rate available before or after the conference if I extend my stay?

The Horizons group rate is offered three days prior and three days following the conference, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation. Please contact The Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate to check availability or to make reservations.

What is the attire for Horizons 2026?

Attire for Horizons 2026 is business casual, ensuring a comfortable yet professional look for sessions and networking. For evening events, a more relaxed style is welcome.

What is the weather like in Orlando, Florida, in September?

Weather in Orlando is usually warm during the month of September with average daytime highs in the high-80s to low-90s and lows in the mid-70s.

Can I have a guest attend Horizons with me?

Yes, attendee guests (spouses, partners, friends, etc.) are welcome to join the evening networking events for a guest fee of $300. The fee covers access to the following events:

  • Tuesday – Opening Reception
  • Wednesday – Reception
  • Thursday – Dinner and Entertainment

Conference sessions and meals are exclusive to registered attendees. You can add your guest during the registration process or before registration closes. Guest passes will not be available for purchase on-site.

What FireLight training workshops will be offered this year?

We are excited to offer two FireLight training workshops at the 2026 Horizons conference. Designed to provide hands-on, immersive learning experiences, these workshops are your gateway to unlocking new skills and insights into FireLight.

Training workshops are an add-on to the conference registration and will take place Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday during lunch.

Tuesday, September 15, 2026 – $500 fee
2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. — The Art of a Polished Wizard UI Design

Wednesday, September 17, 2026 – $250 fee
12:15 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. — Deep Dive into Deployments

You may add a training workshop during the registration process or, if you have already registered for Horizons, add a workshop by editing your registration through the link in your Horizons registration confirmation email. Training workshops must be purchased before each training session begins.

Save $50 by registering for both training workshops.

Will Horizons have a mobile app for 2026?

Yes. The Horizons 2026 mobile app will launch approximately 2–3 weeks before the event. The app will serve as a valuable resource for attendees to stay up to date with news and announcements, build personalized schedules, participate in session polls, connect with fellow attendees, and more.

Will you be sending out an attendee list?

We will not be distributing a downloadable attendee list. However, we understand the importance of networking at Horizons. Our mobile app will feature a list of registered attendees, allowing you to connect through the app or schedule onsite meetups.

Horizons offers conference sponsor opportunities, some of which include access to an attendee list based on the specific sponsor opportunity. If you prefer not to be included, please email [email protected] to request removal.

Where can I submit a session idea or express interest in speaking at Horizons?
