Conference attendees are responsible for their own travel, hotel, and transportation expenses. 

Attendee guests (spouses, partners, friends, etc.) are welcome to join the evening networking events for a guest fee of [insert cost]. Please note that conference sessions are exclusive to registered attendees only.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or transfer your registration, please submit a written request to [email protected]. 

 

Cancellation Refunds: Requests must be received by: 

  • June 13 – 100% of Registration Fee Refunded 
  • July 15 – 65% of Registration Fee Refunded 
  • August 12 – 20% of Registration Fee Refunded 
  • After August 12 – No Refund 

 

Transfer Requests: If you’re unable to attend Horizons and wish to transfer your registration to a colleague, please submit your transfer request to [email protected] by September 3, 2025. 

Note: If you cancel or transfer your conference registration, you are responsible for canceling or transferring your hotel reservations directly with The Don CeSar. Please review the hotel’s deposit and cancellation policies for further details. Hotel reservations must be canceled through the reservation website or by calling 8002821116.
